1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns of unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed products.

2. How to Return an Item: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return the item in its original packaging along with the RMA number to the address provided by our support team.

3. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned or refunded. Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable.
